The Orangery Restaurant & Arches Bar

We have an emphatic belief at the Gower: for a memorable stay at any hotel, you have to have one essential ingredient - an excellent restaurant. Set in the hotel's distinctive conservatory, the Orangery Restaurant enjoys a wonderfully light atmosphere, matched only by the freshness of chef Rob Hart's imaginative menu.

The spacious Orangery Restaurant

For us, a good measure of the success of a restaurant is its popularity with local diners, and in an area that's spoilt for choice, we have to make an extra extra effort to offer something that stands out as special - fish is locally sourced, meat is organically reared, produce is locally grown, presentation is carefully considered and the wine list has been selected for quality and variety.

Fresh ground coffee always available.

Service is just as it should be - a happy balance of friendliness and discretion, complemented by the informality and warmth of the Arches Bar. The Orangery restaurant is recognised by the exacting standards of the Wales Tourist Board, A Taste of Wales and the Pembrokeshire Quality mark......and the locals? They love the place!
